When a group of mothers recently went naked on and about South Curl Curl beach , they added an exquisite touch to the natural raw beauty of the setting as their photos in the '2008 Mums of South Curl Curl' calendar testify.

South Curl Curl beach is a place of magnificent raw beauty. That beauty was complemented recently by a group of mothers who were photographed naked for the 'Mums of South Curl Curl' calendar'. They've done this to raise money for their surf lifesaving club, one that patrols a very treacherous part of the coast and has greater needs than most clubs for efficient and costly lifesaving equipment. Club members and local businesses have covered all production costs for this calendar.

These pictures were produced in a Photoshop-free environment. All subjects are real South Curly mums. Contrary to popular belief, no professional models were used.
Apart from the pain of lying on cold sand in the middle of winter, no mums were otherwise harmed in this exercise.
